How to join Rook Island

Steps

1. Install The Isle through Steam

   You only need the regular Steam version of the game.

2. Switch to the Evrima branch

   In your Steam library, right-click The Isle → Properties → Betas, and choose evrima from the list. Steam will download an update. Legacy will not connect here.

3. Find the server in the browser

   Launch the game, open Server Browser, and search for the name below. Evrima has no direct-connect field, so the browser is the way in.

4. Read the rules and pick a dinosaur

   Have a look at the rules and the roster before you spawn. Your first choice sets how the next few hours play out.
